"I have spent many thousands of miles on frozen trails with my sled dog racing team. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to compete in Alaska's 1049 mile Iditarod and be a two time champion at the 400 mile J. Beargrease Marathon. After doing some research on SCENAR and horses I went ahead using only my device with no accessories. The trainer assessed her before I started treating and felt that she was in significant pain. Horse behavior- raising her head and torso, trying to buck. Shin sore test proved positive in left front lower limb, and the trainer felt that her left front fetlock joint was bothering her also. She became agitated after a few minutes of treatment. I thought I would try to relax her with a general treatment – Informational Cleansing. She responded beautifully and started licking and chewing (apparently a sign that she is happy and content). I went back to work on her Fetlock joint, comparing both right and left joints I also worked on her face. The trainer did flexion tests on her fetlock joints after treatment - she was no longer sore. He then reassessed her shins - she was no longer sore. She ran her first race and came 4th. 10 days later she raced again and came 1st. (yes I won $150.00)! The trainer stated that she no longer shows any signs of pain or distress. This was definitely a team effort, I would not have understood the subtle horse behavior signs or managed her without the trainer there.
